EvoSpikeNet Early Access (Docker Environment) — Notice and Official Release Update

Thank you for your continued support. We are the EvoSpikeNet project team.

We appreciate your interest in EvoSpikeNet. We are preparing for the official release of this framework, but due to ongoing patent application procedures, we must postpone the public official release for a while. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who are waiting. In the meantime, we will provide a Docker environment for verification and evaluation to those who applied in advance.

⚠️ Important notice regarding use (Licensing and Patents)

The code in this repository is published under the MIT License; however, there are important provisions regarding commercial use as described below.

• Personal use, academic research, proofs-of-concept (PoC), and prototype development by startups may continue to use the code free of charge under the MIT License.

• However, if you incorporate this code into revenue-generating commercial products or services, or if you commercially implement any patent held (or pending) by Moonlight Technologies, you must enter into a separate Enterprise Commercial License.

• In addition, even where direct revenue is not involved, if you plan to integrate or deploy the code in large-scale internal systems, government systems, or other large-scale public-interest systems, please contact us in advance.
